About this product

 

     1.The low-temperature vacuum honey concentrator adopts the principle of lowering the boiling point of honey in a vacuum  state, and evaporates the boiling water of the honey to achieve the purpose of extracting high-purity honey.
     2.The output of the machine is usually a shift, the smallest is 0.5 tons, there are also 1 ton, 1.5 tons, and 2 tons. These are commonly used, and there are also larger production lines.
     3.The production capacity is 0.5 tons, packed in a wooden box, the size of the wooden box is 1900x750x1800mm, 230KG.
Shift production is 2 tons, packed in two wooden boxes, 430KG

Condition

Warranty

1. Mechanical parts:18 months since date of bill of lading.
2. Electric motors:12 months from delivery;
3. During this guarantee period, Quate will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations,Quate will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
4. Long-term service: Quate will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond 18 months and provide long-term technical guide.

Service/Technology Support

Manual(in Chinese/English/Spanish/French) will be provided by files
Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work if customer requires

1.  After all machines are delivered to customer's factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, labors and cranes, etc.
2.  Quate will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer's factory.
3.  The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved.
4.  The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD 80 per day for each engineer.
5. Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's factory.
