Introduction of production line:

Process flow:
1.Mixing raw materials, mixing raw materials, auxiliary materials, water and other materials with a machine to mix evenly.
2.Screw feeder: used to lift the mixed raw materials into the hopper of the extruder.
3.Single-screw extrusion molding: The raw materials are uniformly discharged from the main feeder, and the screws are gently extruded and matured, and then sent out through the mold for molding. The mold replacement operation is simple.
4.Traction cutting machine: The cutter is used to cut rectangular tubes and round tubes. The traction cutting machine consists of two parts: cutting system and conveying system. The equipment is easy to operate, and the length is adjustable by frequency control.
