Functional principle:
The electric motor transmits the power to the pressure roller and the conveyor roller through the belt. The pressing roller rotates with a sprocket, and the roller gap is adjustable (0-19mm). Use the hand wheel with a counter on the left side of the machine to adjust it to press the dough into pieces. The conveyor rollers are installed on the front and back conveyor plates, and the distance between the two plates can be adjusted in the range of 1-41mm. The dough sheet rises along the front conveying plate, and the cloth with pressing rollers covers the dough sheet to form the initial rubbing process. When the first rubbing roller rises to the top, it will fall into the front and rear feeding plates. Due to the linear speed of the front and rear conveyor belts The difference between the two forms the second rolling process, which makes the dough stick longer and tighter, and finally falls into the receiving tray for output. The adjustment of the distance between the front and rear feeding plates is adjusted by the counter hand wheel installed on the right side of the machine to achieve the length of the control noodle stick.
