Equipment function and process introduction:
1. The rear frame of the rewinder is a single-layer independent drive for feeding the paper, and the three hair belts control the speed of the reeling paper. The diameter of the paper roll that can be loaded is (maximum) 1500mm.
3. The automatic transmission is completed. After the rewinder completes the rewinding, the finished roll paper will be automatically turned down to the paper storage platform of the paper cutter.
4. Band saw paper cutter function - this machine automatically puts the small and thin roll paper at the designated position of the paper cutter, and pushes it to the paper cutting platform, cuts the roll and cuts out the final finished roll paper, and the finished roll paper reaches the setting. The specified finished paper specifications.
5. Automatic roll paper packaging machine: The cut finished small roll paper enters the automatic roll paper packaging machine for packaging, and then enters the edge ironing machine.
6. The paper roll is transferred to the toilet paper bagging machine by the conveyor belt. The packaging machine needs to be bagged manually. The finished base paper is automatically put into the bag and the finished product is packaged.
