Dumpling Skin Machine
Mixing flour and water:mix flour and water evenly according to a certain proportion (generally, the ratio of flour and water is within 1:0.43 in summer, i.e. 0.43 kg of water for 1 kg of flour; within 1:0.5 in winter, i.e. 0.5 kg of water for 1 kg of flour). The specific amount of water can be increased or decreased depending on the quality of flour.
Kneading: knead and smooth the dough (knead and press it 6-10 times with a kneading machine, or knead it by hand until it is smooth).
Slitting: knead and press the kneaded dough into flakes, and put dry flour on both ends for standby (the thickness of the dough is within 1.5cm, the width is slightly narrower than the feed inlet, and the length is within 50cm).
Boot making
1. Fill the powder spreading bin with dry flour;
2. Put down the feeding rack;
3. Click to open the powder spreading switch;
4. Click to open the host switch;
