This juice extractor is composed of a hopper, a main shaft, a flying knife, a bottom knife, a bearing seat, and a motor.When the machine is working, the motor drives the main shaft to rotate through a pair of pulleys, and the raw material
(fruit or vegetable)will be shredded by the high-speed rotating flying knife. Due to the centrifugal force, it directly enters the working system of spiral juice extraction .
The main component of the spiral juice extractor is the screw. The bottom diameter of the screw gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet and the pitch decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the screw cavity is reduced, forming a squeeze of the material. The material is pressed by the screw, and the squeezed juice flows into the juicer at
the bottom through the filter, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulator.The yield of juice also can be adjusted by moving the pressure head of spiral juice extractor.
