The waste paper is added into the pulper and transported to the pulp storage tank with water. The pulp in the pulp storage tank is evenly stirred and transported to the pulp supply tank with a mixer. The pulp in the pulp supply tank is stirred to a certain concentration and transported to the molding machine. The molding machine produces the egg tray to the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt passes through the drying hole, dries the egg tray, and finally receives the tray and packs it. In addition, the unused water in the molding machine can be pumped to the return tank through the vacuum pump, and the return tank can deliver water to the pulper and slurry storage tank, so that the water can be recycled

The equipment capacity is 1000-7000 pieces per hour, which can be freely selected
