Instructions:
1. First check whether there are any foreign objects in the roller and toner cartridge of the machine to prevent damage to the parts when starting up, and then check the tightness of the chain. It should not be too tight or too loose.
2. Before starting the gearbox, you must add 1 kg of oil. Take the protective plate from the cover of the gearbox. There are six nuts. Open the nuts to add oil.
3. Connect the power supply to see if the rollers rotate in the forward or reverse direction. It is correct that the two rollers rotate in opposite directions.
4. Debug the conveyor belt. After starting the machine, check whether the conveyor belt runs off one side. The handwheel on the other side of the conveyor belt is clockwise. Or the handwheel in the opposite direction of loosening is counterclockwise. You don't need to move too much, it will not deviate slowly. The conveyor belt cannot be too loose or too tight. If it is loose, it will slip, and if it is tight, it will bend the shaft on both sides of the conveyor belt
5. To adjust the thickness of the dough, there is a handle at both ends of a pair of rollers to adjust the gap between the rollers, clockwise is tight, counterclockwise is loose. First adjust the handle to the tightest position, and then use the mark on the color chart to adjust from the third group. The third group is loosened by one-half counterclockwise, and the top two groups are aligned counterclockwise for a week.
6. Knead the mixed noodles into a dough and let it sit for 30 minutes before use. After turning on the machine, observe whether the dough is on one side and the other side is wrinkled. This means that the thickness of the two ends of the dough is different. Loosen the wrinkled side a little counterclockwise or tighten it in the opposite direction so that the dough is flat. Start adjustment from the third group. If there is a lot of surface between the two sets of rollers, tighten the previous set of rollers toward the machine head clockwise. If the dough is broken, loosen the previous set of rollers toward the machine head counterclockwise to see if the dough is smooth. Then add starch to the powder box to confuse the flour, push the clutch on the powder box outwards, see the brush in the powder box rotate, the powder will be sprinkled automatically, see the amount of powder, you can change it There are large holes and small holes in the toner box insert board, which can be replaced according to your needs. If the powder box does not produce powder, it may be that the hole for dusting is blocked. Please clean out the powder in the powder box and replace it with new starch. Different starch humidity will also affect the powdering effect.
7. Debug the mold roller to see if the pressure of the mold roller is even on both sides. The pressure should not be too high. Just cut the section. Excessive pressure will damage the conveyor belt and the abrasive roller. After the formed dumpling skin comes out, remove the excess The waste material is brought to the upper conveyor belt by hand, and the directly conveyed material opening is pressed together with the freshly mixed surface, and the waste material is automatically recycled.
8. Add a small amount of oil to both ends of the chain and the noodle shaft. When the machine is idle, apply cooking oil on the drum. Clean the machine after get off work every day to avoid secondary pollution.
